Change of Status (Change of Status to F-1)

  1. Complete an international student application form for SEVIS I-20 and submit it via on-line or in person at Mega Science of Technology Learn English Language, along with $100 USD payment for non-refundable registration fee.
  2. Submit required supporting documents:
    • A copy of your Passport.
    • A copy of your Visa.
    • A copy of your I-94.
    • A copy of your High School or higher Education Diploma.
    • Dependent documents (if applicable) – For spouse: passport, visa, I-94, marriage certificate. – For child: passport, visa, I-94, birth certificate.
