School Agent and Non-instructional Staff:

• High School diploma as the baseline qualification or higher
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable employment experience related to a job position or in a postsecondary ESL program or institution.
• Basic computer skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to travel
• Demonstrated proficiency in the English language
• Adequate knowledge, good ethics, and expertise in a required career
